We acquire, lease, and manage the properties in-house to optimise profitability. We manage the impact of real estate cycles and downturns by holding high equity positions in the properties. Through active management of the rental properties and high levels of equity, we intend to minimize the impact of short-term vacancies (if any) with the goal of positive cash flow from our properties. The fact that they are not part of Rent Control allows us to continue to minimize the impact of rising prices, optimizing profit.
In the industry since 2004, Hary is a Toronto resident, who has had the pleasure of watching the city grow for the last 15 years in the business. He has been a Licensed Real Estate agent since 2004, reaching top 5% in Toronto for the last 3 years, launching new projects for the last 8 years in the GTA. Studied CPM designation (Condo Property Management), is a personal investor and land lord who lives and breathes this market. Hary works in Business Development at The Condo Store Marketing Systems, one of the largest recognized regional award winning consistent top 10 players in the nation’s largest real estate sector.
His current roles/focus is in real estate developments and acquisitions of development sites including mainly investor clientele and private lenders. With annual sales of over $50M since 2017, Hary is excited for the future and always working to understand the market, city, and the citizens needs with respect to urban planning.
Hary is active in the community, enjoying yoga, hockey, all round fitness and a healthy clean living lifestyle. With a passion for traveling around the world, he admits he is always happy to come home, to Toronto!
In the industry since 1996, Mark has been an active investor in real estate since the late 90's. He has successfully purchased various rental properties, including Pre-con, Assignments, Resale, and Multi-residence.
As an Accredited Investor, he has participated in several high yield investments partnered with developers. Mark is a graduate of McMaster University and has been the President of his tax consultancy business for more than 20 years.
Mark boasts extensive knowledge of real estate investing and holds strong relationships with top real estate builders, lenders and investors in the GTA. Mark actively shares his knowledge of real estate at investor and brokerage seminars all over Ontario.
